Plot summary
In 1982, Andrés Expósito leaves Madrid's toughest neighborhoods for a police posting in Denia, a small town on the Mediterranean coast. He wants a quieter life, and he hopes the natural surroundings will improve the fragile health of his daughter. At his new post he is drawn by chance into the inquiry into the unexplained death of the officer he replaced. That inquiry brings him to a group of Nazi elders who are living out their retirement on the coast.
