The Missing Lynx (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

After one mishap too many, Félix, a clumsy Iberian lynx, is taken to the recovery shelter at Doñana National Park. There he meets Beeea, a daredevil Iberian ibex, and Astarté, a peregrine falcon with an injured wing. Kidnappings at other parks and reserves have put the shelter under heavy security, and Félix's chameleon friend Gus is convinced the human caretakers are keeping the animals locked up for their own purposes. A female lynx named Lincesa is brought in, and she and Félix are drawn to each other. At night, mercenaries led by Newmann, a hunter hired by the eccentric millionaire Noé, who is gathering threatened species for an ark of his own, infiltrate the shelter to seize the animals.
