Plot summary
Kenneth Bianchi, who lives with his mother, hopes to join a police force. His mother sends him to Los Angeles after his application is refused, and his cousin Angelo Buono takes him in. The LAPD turns him down too. Angelo talks him into starting a prostitution business, and the two cousins force Erin and April, two young women from Tucson, to work for them.
