The Healing (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

A faith healer named Manang Elsa is known to locals for her miraculous cures. Seth brings her father Odong to her after a stroke leaves him in need of one. Odong comes back healed, and neighbors take notice. At a party marking his recovery, guests with conditions of their own approach Seth: Alma, her housekeeper, whose growth on a foot kept her from migrating abroad; Ding, a policeman, with psoriasis; the neighbors Chona and Greta, one with a goiter, the other with a lump on the breast; and Cacai, the blind daughter of Seth's friend Cita. Seth's estranged son Jed asks her to arrange the same treatment for his half-sister Cookie, who has glomerulonephritis. The group travels to Elsa, who refuses further healings at first and then relents, warning that what has been taken must be repaid.
