The Gilded Cage (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Maria and José Ribeiro came from Portugal to Paris thirty years ago and have lived in the ground floor lodgings of a Haussmann building ever since. Maria serves as the building's concierge, always available to the residents, and José is a building site foreman his employer relies on. They have a grown daughter, Paula, and a teenage son, Pedro. When José learns that the family winery in Portugal now belongs to him, the return the couple has long imagined becomes a real possibility, and they are overjoyed, but neither can bring themselves to announce it to the family, neighbors and employers who count on them.
