Did you know?!Facts and trivia about The Fury of the Wolf Man (1972)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Paul Naschy had a very hard time working with director Jose Maria Zabalza on The Fury of the Wolfman, saying Zabalza was usually drunk on set and tampered enormously with Naschy's screenplay. There are claims Zabalza even had his 14-year-old son help him direct the film.
- The Fury of the Wolfman ran too short, so director Jose Maria Zabalza shot extra werewolf scenes using an uncredited actor in the Wolfman costume, and spliced in footage from Naschy's 1968 La Marca del Hombre Lobo to pad the running time.
- The Fury of the Wolfman was the first film to transform Waldemar Daninsky into a werewolf through a Yeti's bite; the series' original film used the bite of another werewolf, Imre Wolfstein. The Yeti origin returned in 1975's La Maldicion de la Bestia.
