Plot summary
Beth is a painter, and her husband's death has left her raising their two-year-old son Lowen alone. She brings the boy to a remote family beach house beside the sea, and there she copes with her grief by losing herself in her art, paper marbling. Lowen is affected by the loss as well and frequently acts out in tantrums. Each of those outbursts pushes Beth to detach from him further.
