Plot summary
Eom Joong-ho, a dishonest former detective who now runs women, is short of money: two of his prostitutes have disappeared without settling their debts. He sends Mi-jin to a customer, then realizes the man's number is the same one that summoned the women who vanished. The customer, Yeong-min, takes Mi-jin to a house and binds her in a bathroom where her phone has no signal. Joong-ho calls his former colleagues on the police task force, but they are busy: the mayor of Seoul has been pelted with feces and the force is facing a media storm. Driving through the customer's district, Joong-ho's car is struck by a man with blood on his shirt who refuses to give a phone number.
