Plot summary
Amani Ballour is the pediatrician in charge of the Cave, a makeshift hospital built under the ground in Ghouta, in Syria. A group of women doctors established it, and with a staff of doctors and nurses Ballour receives children and other civilians injured in the civil war. Those patients are among the thousands the war has left wounded, and for a part of them the hospital's care brings hope.
