Plot summary
Ty Warner is a toy salesman in the 1990s whose stuffed animals have not caught on. Robbie, Sheila and Maya each bring something he lacks, and with him they turn the plush toys into the Beanie Babies craze. The three women are based on real people credited with the brand's rise: Patricia Roche, Faith McGowan and Lina Trivedi. Collectors chase the toys, and demand grows.
