Plot summary
A documentary makes the case for a global flood and a young Earth. Narration and computer animation are combined with interviews with scientists and scholars from several fields, among them flood geology and young-Earth creationism. Topics include how large Noah's Ark was and how much it could carry, how many animals it held, and why flood stories turn up in cultures around the world. Geological sites and sedimentary formations, polystrate trees, and the burial of plants and animals in sediment are offered as evidence of large-scale flooding, along with preserved organic material reported in dinosaur fossils. Languages and the diversification of animal populations after the flood are also discussed, and the flood is compared to the end times.
