Plot summary
Murphy is a high school boy who does not stand out among his classmates. He is a teenager with an interest in girls, and he has a crush on Conny Sutton, a cute blonde. When he approaches her, she laughs in his face. He decides to call on a prostitute. Instead of the company he was after, he happens upon a vampire, who bites him. The bite leaves Murphy with vampirical symptoms and turns him into a vampire too. The change suits him well: the unremarkable student becomes confident and cool, and the girls around him take notice of him.
