Plot summary
Jenny "Silk" Sleighton polices Honolulu, and she does it with toughness and style. The cases that come her way begin small: smugglers she breaks up. One of them opens onto a syndicate that brings Asian mobsters into the United States and buys the identities of Hawaiian citizens for them to use. The trail carries Silk through murders and into confrontations with gangland figures.
