Short Skin (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Edoardo, seventeen and from Pisa, has phimosis, a malformation that has made intercourse and masturbation impossible for him since childhood. He spends the summer with his family on the Tuscan seafront, where he falls for Bianca, the girl next door, who is about to leave for Paris to study. Around him everyone talks about sex: Arturo, his friend, is set on losing his virginity, his parents urge him to declare himself to Bianca, and Olivia, his younger sister, wants to find a mate for the family dog, Teagan. Edoardo reacts to the pressure with irritation and keeps to his own world, until a chance meeting with a girl, Elisabetta, and Bianca's unexpected openness push him to leave it.
