Tara Buckman

Tara Buckman is an American retired film and television actress whose career ran mainly from the late 1970s to the mid-1990s. Born in Pensacola, she was waiting tables in a Norfolk hotel dining room when producer James Goldstone spotted her and later offered her a part in Rollercoaster; she moved to Los Angeles and, with his help, signed a contract with Universal Studios. She was a regular guest star on many series, among them The Rockford Files, Kojak, CHiPs, Quincy, M.E. and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, and played Officer Brandy Ames in The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo and Cat Hellman in The Master. Her films include Hooper (1978), The Man in the Santa Claus Suit (1979), The Cannonball Run (1981), Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984) and Never Too Young to Die (1986). She also played Norma Kirkland on Days of Our Lives from 1984 to 1985.
