Marina Mazepa

Biography

Marina Mazepa is a Ukrainian actress, dancer and contortionist who was born in Konotop and trained at a circus and variety arts academy in Kyiv. She took folk dance lessons as a child, won The Challenge Ukrainian Dance Championship in 2015, and that year reached the top five of the televised competition Everybody Dance! Later she worked as a contortionist at Europa-Park, competed in France's Got Talent and made the finals, and in 2019 appeared on America's Got Talent, where she was eliminated in the quarterfinals. On screen she took the contortionist role of Gabriel in Malignant (2021), James Wan's horror film, took the role of Lisa Trevor in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021), and appeared in the Sam Raimi-produced horror film The Unholy (2021). In 2023 she played Gretel in The Continental.
