Lee Weaver

Biography

Lee Weaver was an American actor who appeared in sitcoms, drama series, and films. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he voiced Alpine in the animated series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero from 1985 to 1986. He played Ricardo on Easy Street from 1986 to 1987. His other television work included a guest role as George Jefferson's friend on The Jeffersons (1977), the original mailman on 227 (1985), a waiter on The Cosby Show, a junkyard owner on the series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Ed Downer on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. His film work included the role of a blind seer in O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000). He was perhaps most memorable as Buck Naked on Hill Street Blues and NYPD Blue. He also had a guest spot on One World (2000).
