Grant Shaud
Biography
Grant Shaud is an American actor known for playing Miles Silverberg on the sitcom Murphy Brown. Born in Evanston, Illinois, he moved to New York City in 1984 to begin a career in theater. His first television role was a guest part as Jack on Kate & Allie, and in 1988 he started on Murphy Brown, staying until 1996. In 2018 he was announced as part of that show's revival. His film work includes The Distinguished Gentleman (1992) and Antz (1998), and he has voiced characters for Batman: The Animated Series, The Wild Thornberrys and Godzilla: The Series. He also made a guest appearance on The Drew Carey Show and played Alex Rosetti on the sitcom Madigan Men.
