Blake Cooper
Biography
Blake Cooper, born October 10, 2000, is an actor who began his career after Joy Pervis of J Pervis Talent Agency saw him perform at a local event and signed him at age ten. Soon after, he booked a co-star role on BET's The Game, then won the part of Ethan on USA Network's Necessary Roughness following a callback. In 2013 he was cast as Chuck in 20th Century Fox's The Maze Runner (2014), the adaptation of James Dashner's novel; Cooper had related strongly to the character and used Twitter to argue for the role. He was later chosen to play Xander Jaxson in Amazon Studio's series Cocked, and his earlier credits included Parental Guidance with Billy Crystal. He also played guitar and won two awards for singing.
