Archie Hahn

Biography

Archie Hahn is an American character actor and improviser. Born in Los Angeles, he was an early member of The Groundlings, the comedy school and troupe. He is known for his work on the TV program Whose Line is it Anyway? and for Police Academy 5: Assignment Miami Beach (1988). His film work includes Small Soldiers (1998), Phantom of the Paradise (1974), Pray TV (1980), and This Is Spinal Tap (1984), along with Brewster's Millions (1985), Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990), Amazon Women on the Moon (1987), and The Brady Bunch Movie (1995). For two of his last Whose Line is it Anyway? appearances, he brought props and used them while improvising, first castanets and later false teeth.
