Plot summary
Three friends, doctor Albert, sound engineer Pepa and music director Michal, have a tradition of leaving their wives at home for a winter vacation in the Beskids. This time the women attach a condition: the men may go, but every child goes with them. The wives are sure the offer will be turned down. Albert, Pepa and Michal take the children anyway. Their plan is to tire the youngsters out during the day so that the evenings belong to the adults. The cottage has no electricity, an outdoor latrine and a stove that burns chopped wood, and the games and contests the fathers invent for the children keep producing confusion rather than calm.
