Against the backdrop of the golden Edo era, Dr Gentatsu unfolds a spine-chilling triptych of degradation, depravity, and bloody violence. Starting off with the ordeal of innocent Oito, the impassive physician weaves a tale of deception and crooked love as the indebted young girl finds herself at the mercy of her manipulative Yakuza gangster boyfriend Hanji, who forces her into prostitution. Then, the strange, insatiable appetite for perversion and grotesque satisfaction draws Ochise, the kinky daughter of a wealthy merchant, deeper into darkness. Finally, the decadent sadist, Lord Torakichi, takes an immediate interest in beautiful Omitsu, a member of his sultry harem, unaware that there's more to her than meets the eye.
