Plot summary
Time magazine sends war correspondent Michael Ware to Iraq in February 2003, before the American invasion, to report from the north alongside Kurdish fighters. He films mortar fire and the scene left by a suicide bombing which killed a journalist. After American forces take Baghdad, he works from a Time bureau in the city. There he records what followed a car incident in which an American soldier allegedly killed a teenage boy, and the surviving brother shouting at the camera, promising to do something big. He also films armed resistance in Baghdad and the Jordanian embassy bombing.
