Plot summary
Irendri is a sorceress who spreads fear through Anga Rajyam. A guru overpowers her, yet she hides her soul inside a locket, where it lives on. Her great-great-granddaughter Priya, a gypsy, carries magic from that line. Yodha, a wandering swordsman who flirts with every woman he meets, falls in love with Priya. When the thug Sudigundam raids the gypsy village, Yodha drives him off, but Sudigundam ties his hands and sets the village on fire. The flames touch the locket at Priya's neck, and Irendri's soul escapes. Irendri seizes Priya and shuts her away. Yodha is blinded. A swami saves him and charges him with protecting Moksha, a young healer. Irendri then strikes Agartha and leaves its children senseless, and Druki fetches Moksha from Pushpagiri to cure them.
