Plot summary

Made to mark thirty years since the bombing, the documentary gathers archival footage, accounts from survivors and interviews with law enforcement officials who worked the case. It recounts the 1995 attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, which killed 168 people, among them 19 children. No other act of domestic terrorism in American history has killed as many people. Survivors including Amy Downs and Renee Moore describe what they lived through. It also examines the radicalization of Timothy McVeigh, shaped by the FBI's handling of the 1993 siege at Waco and by an extremist novel, The Turner Diaries, and draws on prison interviews with him that had not been released before.
