Plot summary
On Halloween night, Vince and his girlfriend Lois ride around with Nick, Reggie and Orson in Orson's van. They give a lift to Holly, the head cheerleader, and her shy friend Abbie, whose car has failed on the road to the school dance. At a store, Reggie uses his brother's fake ID to buy beer and the clerk points a shotgun at them. Vince grabs the gun, two officers walk in, and one of them is hit; Reggie takes a bullet in the stomach. The group piles into the van and drives to Hull House to hide. Abbie says the house is possessed and that demons cannot cross running water, but Vince makes everyone go in at gunpoint. Inside, Angela appears in human form. Lieutenant Dewhurst, due to retire at midnight, watches the store's security tape.
