Plot summary
In Athens between the middle of the 1960s and 1981, a boy named Stavros comes of age. Mythopathy, the rare condition he lives with, shifts with the ups and downs of love, and he has been fighting rejection since he was small. He answers it with invention, blending classical myths and legends into his own wild fabrications and telling stories his own subversive way. When the world around him seems ready to crumble, the dark halls of the city's cinemas are his refuge. Three decades carry him toward adulthood, a path tied to his father's lasting friendship with the shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis, and to the warm, humid Ostro wind that has always been kind to him.
