Plot summary
Clawdeen's dream is a salon that welcomes monsters and normies alike, and Frankie has the perfect place in mind: an abandoned power station outside town. The ghouls of Monster High take up the idea and arrange a celebration for the salon's opening. Moanica, for her part, has no wish to see the place succeed; she intends to ruin the celebration and put something far more shocking in its place. Twyla, the Boogey Man's daughter, is the one the ghouls rely on, since unearthing any mystery is her gift. What the ghouls are after is a salon with as much voltage as they can give it.
