Men & Chicken (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Gabriel teaches at a university and is worn down; his brother Elias cares about women and trivia. A phone call during one of Gabriel's lectures brings word that their father has died. Among the things the old man left is a video in which he says he was not their biological father. The brothers' real father, Evelio Thanatos, is a geneticist working with stem cells, and he lives on the island of Ork. Gabriel and Elias travel there to meet him and to learn about their mothers. At his large old house, three men who are also his sons threaten and beat them. Those brothers share hare lips and facial differences; Gabriel has had four corrective operations, Elias two.
