Plot summary
Cantrell is a professor and an authority on the occult, and the subject of his lecture at a Los Angeles university is Morak, a Gaelic demon. Mason Harrue, one of Cantrell's students, spends a night drinking and driving through the city with Sean Allen, Dirk Kramer and Phil Jones, then leads them to the professor's home as a prank. The prank ends in the murder of the professor's wife and children and leaves him bludgeoned, paraplegic and in a coma. A detective investigates, with a small triangle of cloth from the scene as his only lead, while the unconscious Cantrell calls on Morak to avenge him.

- The prologue and epilogue narrated by Christopher Lee were not made for this film: the footage was shot for a different project that was never completed, and the producers of Hollywood Meatcleaver Massacre bought it and grafted it onto the movie for its re-release.
- Keith Burns, the film's original director and co-screenwriter, was replaced by Ed Wood, according to cinematographer Roy H. Wagner.
- Roy H. Wagner said Ed Wood had been on the set as a friend's guest with a still camera but ended up principally directing the movie, and that it was the last film Wood made.
