Plot summary
The Mandroid is a humanoid robot built by Dr. Karl Zimmer in a laboratory hidden deep in Russia. It copies the movements of a man who wears a special control suit. Zimmer has offered his invention to the United States, and the CIA sends Agent Joe Smith and Dr. Wade Franklin to inspect it. His partner Drago has plans of his own and wants the Mandroid sold to the military instead. The night Drago tries to steal it, he is exposed to the toxic substance Superconn and is terribly disfigured. During the struggle, Zimmer's assistant Ben Knight is exposed as well.
