Plot summary
As a boy, Luther Watts is fascinated by carnival geeks. When he loses his teeth at a geek show, he has them replaced with sharp metallic dentures, and he comes away with a liking for human blood. He murders people by biting off their heads, and the crimes put him in prison. Convicted of multiple murders, he spends more than twenty years locked away before he is released on parole. Luther returns to his hometown, and his psychosis takes over as the killing starts again.
