Plot summary
The documentary maker Louis Theroux travels to Lagos, Nigeria's largest city, to look into the nature of law and order there. He spends time with KAI, the Government-run paramilitary task force whose name stands for Kick Against Indiscipline. He also follows MC Oluomo, a union leader in the city, and the young gang members called Area boys, who run neighborhoods for money without official sanction.
