Loose Change (2022) on Netflix

Plot summary

Paige works small cons and has nothing to show for it. With a forged psychologist's degree she comes across a secret worth chasing and takes it to Val, her ex, a reformed street magician who is barely getting by. She wants him for one more job, and though he has left that life behind, he agrees. A job at a local accounting firm gives Val a place beside his new coworkers, and he builds their trust while working out how to take illegally obtained funds held in offshore accounts. The people they are working are not fools, and suspicion grows along with the strain between the reunited pair.
