Lone Wolf and Cub: Baby Cart in Peril (1972) on Netflix

Plot summary

Oyuki, once a member of a daimyo's personal bodyguard, has turned renegade and cuts down every man sent to kill her. She fights with a short blade, strips to the waist to show the tattoos on her chest and back, and takes her victims' topknots. Ogami Itto, the disgraced former shogun's executioner, is hired to kill her and traces the tattoo artist who inked her. Meanwhile his three-year-old son Daigoro grows restless beside the baby cart and follows a pair of street clowns, ending up alone and far from his father. Agents of the Yagyu clan, the Ogamis' enemies, are close by, and a procession with gongs and shrieks drives the boy into hiding. Unwilling to risk a fight with them, Itto travels on alone.
