Saioa appears on a country road in Spain, dirty and injured. She collapses in a parking lot. Officers identify her as a woman reported missing three months earlier. Spain is in the early days of its COVID-19 lockdown. Inspector Samuel García and Marta Castro, a deputy inspector, take the case with very little support. A motorist tells of a young woman at a country crossroads. Saioa's mother is told and comes to the hospital, where Saioa remains unconscious.
