Justice Is Mind (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Henri Miller owns a restaurant and lives with his wife Margaret until he collapses, apparently from a cerebral hemorrhage. At the hospital, Margaret learns that Henri has long seen a neurologist for unexplained headaches that began in childhood. Dr. Pullman persuades him to undergo FVMRI, a scan that replays long-term memory as video. The result shows Henri shooting two people on his farm, a memory he cannot account for. Because the recording is admitted as evidence, Henri stands trial in the first Superior Court case built on a defendant's own memory, and Margaret looks for a way to clear a husband who has no recollection of the crime.
