Journey to Rome (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Vasek works as a guard in a gallery. When he learns that he is dying, he takes a painting from the gallery and sets out by train for Rome, where he hopes to sell it; the money is meant for a healer. He travels with a fake mustache on his face and does not know that a beautiful girl has sent him on the spiritual quest of his life. Men who look as though they stepped out of a 1970s film are after him. The other passengers draw him into their own stories, and Vasek loses himself in the chaos of their opinions, their destinies and his own dreams.
