Frantisek je devkar (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

František Soukenický is a psychiatrist of forty with a practice that pays well, a new house and a wife named Eliška. He is also fond of women, and beside Eliška he keeps several other relationships going. When that secret life comes out into the open, the life that people around him envied falls apart in a single day: his license to practice is gone, along with the house and Eliška. He must begin again, knowing the fault was his own.
