Plot summary
óscar ayala, 35, lived in Milwaukee as a police officer while carrying the identity of a late cousin who was a US citizen. rodolfo quiroz, 36, smuggled migrants in Texas under the name antonio montana. Ten years ago each man was banned from the United States for assuming a false identity, and each has spent the decade in Mexico, cut off from the people and the life he had there. Both are Mexican, and both want to go back. Their sentence is nearly served by 2016, and they are counting on a reunion with the loved ones they left behind. Then the presidential election goes to Trump.
