I'm Not a Killer (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Francesco Prencipe, a deputy police superintendent, sets out before dawn to see Giovanni Mastropaolo, a judge and his closest friend. The two men have barely been in each other's company for around two years, and on the road they drive for two hours with only a handful of words between them. Later that morning the judge is found in his house with a single gunshot wound to the head. Francesco was the last person known to have been with him, and his are the only fingerprints the investigators find in the house. The case turns on whether the man who went to that meeting is the man who fired the shot.
