Hunt for the Skinwalker (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Skinwalker Ranch lies in the Uintah Basin, where reports of UFOs, orbs, unknown creatures, animal mutilations and poltergeist-type activity go back hundreds of years. An aerospace mogul initiates and pays for a multidisciplinary scientific study of the site. A team of PhD-level researchers works there for years, talking to witnesses, hunting explanations and facing an unknown intelligence. A second study follows, this one funded by the Defense Intelligence Agency, to determine whether the phenomena could concern national security. The documentary draws on a book about the ranch and carries footage and interviews from the years the investigations ran, material that had not been released before.
