Goodbye Stranger (2023) on Netflix

Plot summary

The day looks easy for Paul, who has a house, a girlfriend and the job he wanted. He had counted on a carefree summer day with nothing much to decide. Instead he learns that his promotion abroad, a post at the world's largest music streaming service, may fall through, and the day becomes one for weighing his choices. Then he runs into his ex-boyfriend, a meeting he had not expected at all, and it unsettles the reality he has settled into. The question he is left with is whether he gave up his old life and his ideals too soon.
