Plot summary
In Andhra Pradesh, the death of Chief Minister Padmakanth Reddy, called PKR, leaves the ruling Jana Jagruti Party facing a fight over who takes his place. Acting chief minister Narayana Varma incites riots outside the hospital ahead of the coming election, and Govardhan tells his viewers in a live stream that PKR was steered by a financial syndicate, naming four people in line for the top post: PKR's daughter Sathyapriya, her husband Jaidev Das, Varma, and PKR's secret first child, Brahma Teja, who works on corporate contracts in Chennai. Sathyapriya wants Brahma kept from her father's last rites. Jaidev, who deals in real estate and Hawala scams, plans to fund the party with drug money and nominate himself.
