Plot summary
Kurnool is in the grip of Gururaj "Guru", a ruthless gangster whose company manufactures toxic saline as part of a medical mafia. Into this city comes Satya, a young, idealistic MBBS graduate who moves there with his mother and sister Nithya after being hired as a doctor at a government hospital. When three children die in the hospital from the toxic saline, the police ignore the deaths because they fear Guru's atrocities. Satya also gathers sufficient evidence against Guru and lodges a complaint against him, wanting to change how the city deals with the gangster's grip on the medical system.

Did you know?!Facts and trivia about The Warriorr (2022)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Lingusamy planned a Telugu–Tamil bilingual from 2016, which would be his Telugu debut, and first approached Allu Arjun to star, but Allu Arjun's busy schedule delayed it. In 2019 Havish was cast as the lead, but that version never began production.
- Because the film was made as a Telugu–Tamil bilingual, scenes with Ram Pothineni and Aadhi Pinisetty were shot in both languages, but Krithi Shetty's scenes were shot only in Telugu and Nadhiya's only in Tamil.
- The film was Ram Pothineni's Tamil debut, because Yen Endral Kadhal Enben!, the Tamil version of his 2012 film Endukante... Premanta!, had failed to get a theatrical release.
