Plot summary
Seven senior students at Trinity College, an all-girls Catholic school, are sent to spend four days cataloging an art collection in the empty Welles mansion. The house has a reputation for being haunted by a vengeful female ghost. Sister Urban oversees the project. Dr. Robert Fisher arrives, presenting himself as a prospective buyer. Jackie finds a 1930s diary kept by Jennifer Welles, a Trinity alumnus and niece of the mansion's original owner, Tyler Welles. The diary mentions Sister Urban and Jennifer's wish to become a nun. That night the students hold a seance to contact Jennifer's spirit.
