Plot summary
Orphans gathered from the battlefields of Chinggis Khaan's campaigns were raised by his mother and grew into his officials and advisers. His army was arranged in units of ten, a hundred, a thousand and ten thousand men, each with its own leader, and one aravt of ten men is ordered to track down a doctor who lives in a forest. On the road the soldiers find a baby that has been left behind, the son of an enemy warrior who follows the group even though they saved the infant's life. While enemy soldiers attack them, the ten must protect the child and still complete their mission.
