Plot summary
The Janta Store handed to Hunny, Choocha, Lali and Pandit has fallen into disrepair, and the four get by on odd jobs. Bholi Punjaban enters the race for Delhi's water board, backed by Dhingra, a water supplier who owns a waterpark and wants control of the city's water supply. A crowd-pleasing stunt by Choocha wins the public over, so Hunny, Pandit and Lali decide to put Choocha up as a candidate instead. Choocha lets the plan slip to Bholi, who answers with a scheme of her own: she sends him and the others, along with her bodyguards Eddie and Bobby, to a diamond mine in South Africa's Eastern Cape that belongs to Shinda, where Choocha is promised money for using his Deja-Chu to find diamonds.
