Plot summary
Baron Viktor von Frankenstein lives in his family castle in Germany; a scar on his left hand and a limp come from torture he suffered under the Nazi Party as punishment for refusing to cooperate with its medical experiments. In 1970, with not much time left to him, he carries on the work of his ancestor and needs money, so he rents the castle to a television crew that plans to shoot a horror film about the Frankenstein family there. Douglas Row directs it, Carolyn Hayes is a film star taking part, Judy Stevens is Doug's assistant, and Morgan Haley handles the camera, while the actor Hans Himmler is cast as the monster. The Baron's friend Wilhelm Gottfried handles his finances, and the rent pays for an atomic reactor.
