Plot summary
Faye Dunaway tells the story of her life and her career, in her own words and through the insight of colleagues and friends. She describes the struggles with mental health she has lived with and, for the first time in public, a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. She also takes up the reputation she acquired for being difficult, and the double standards she says she met as a woman in Hollywood. Actors and a director are among the others who appear, and her son is one of the interviewees. Getting her to agree to take part in the project took years of meetings.
